Who holds your data
Breathing Home, run by Anna Koguciuk and Luis Figueira. Contact: hello@breathinghome.pt
What we collect
The details you give us in the free assessment request form: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number if you add it, postcode, whether you own or rent, property type, number of bedrooms, and what's bothering you most.
Why we collect it
To contact you about your free home assessment, to arrange a date, and to tell you about the next offer if you asked us to. We only use your details because you agreed to it when you signed up. You can change your mind at any time by emailing hello@breathinghome.pt, and we'll delete your details.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your form details or share them with anyone for marketing. Your details are stored by Lovable, which runs this website and its sign-up form, and we use Google Workspace for email. If you accept advertising cookies, Meta receives browser activity and advertising cookie identifiers to measure our adverts and support ad optimization. We do not send Meta your form answers, name, email, phone number or other contact details. Some of these services may process data outside the EU, under standard data protection agreements.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or 12 months after we launch, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@breathinghome.pt. You can also complain to CNPD, Portugal's data protection authority.
Cookies
Advertising cookies and the Meta Pixel are off until you choose Accept. With your permission, Meta receives page views and an event when a new assessment request is successfully saved. Meta may also receive page URLs, browser information, IP address and advertising cookie identifiers. We use these for advertising measurement and ad optimization. Accept and Reject are equally available. We store your choice in your browser, along with an anonymous visitor reference, the time, notice and choices you saw. Earlier acceptance evidence is retained when you withdraw. You can withdraw at any time through in the footer. This stops future tracking but does not erase data already received by Meta. Clearing your browser storage removes the saved choice and consent record, and we will ask again. Applicable browser opt-outs should also be respected.
